FreeBSD polish/sms2 port

Rewritten version of sms-1.x (polish/sms), supports most of www->sms gateways.
Small installation guide:

# cd /usr/ports/polish
# fetch http://pyzmen.kam.pl/dev/sms2.port
# sh sms2.port
# cd sms2
# make all install clean
